Weekly Letter June 25, 2012

SUBJECT:  MCAW–Summer Session 2012 – The week of June 25
Welcome campers and students! Tomorrow begins our first week of summer camps and classes in Chester and Mendham Township. Please send a small snack & drink/water with your child each day.  Lunch is from 12:30pm to 1pm.
Campers in Mendham Township: Week I- CASTLES & KINGS:  
Do not forget to bring your bathing suits, towel and wear plenty of sunscreen for swimming on Monday, Wednesday & Friday this week. Our field trip on Friday is THE MORRIS LEWIS PARK. We will be leaving after lunch at 1pm and returning at 3pm
Campers in Chester: Week I- ART OF FRANCE:  
On FRIDAY the last day of art camp, please plan to arrive a little early for pick up time around 12:45pm. Parents and friends are invited to come into their child’s classroom to enjoy light refreshments while the teacher gives a brief talk about what was learned and created over the week.

• Chess Camp ages 5-8 & 8-14. The Basics and BEYOND including LIVE ACTION CHESS! June 25-29 from 9-1pm
• Art Camps ages 5-8 with Ms. Apicella and 8-12 with Ms. Segale from 9-1p
• Extra, Extra Write All About! Half day camp Week III (7/9-13) where you are the reporter and writer of the premier MCAW Kids News!
• Fencing Half Day camp Week IV (7/16-20) for ages 8-12
Mendham Township
• Full & half day camps Weeks 2, 3, 4 & 5 9am-1pm or 9am-3pm/ages 5-7 & 8-12
